How to find out if you qualify for insurance reimbursement?

We understand insurance moves quickly, and that's why we strive to accept as many insurance carriers as possible. We want you to have an enjoyable patient experience while getting the care you need. That's why if you want to know if your plan covers services at our facility, we encourage you to contact us.

Step 1: Call your insurance company

If you require assistance with any aspect of your insurance plan, the most convenient and efficient option is to call the member services phone number listed on the back of your insurance card.
Step 2: Find out your in-network benefits

When searching for a health plan, it can be difficult to fully understand the benefits provided and whether they meet your needs. Specifically, being informed about out-of-network benefits can make a huge difference in terms of mental health care access.

If you need outpatient psychotherapy at a psychologist's office, then asking the rep if this is included as an out-of-network benefit in your plan is important. The rep will be able to provide you with information regarding the specific coverage that you have and help you to utilize your resources effectively.
Step 3: Find out if you've met your deductible

When looking into out-of-network mental health services, it is pertinent to enquire about deductibles.

To ensure that you are making a financially sound decision, take the time to ask your healthcare representative if there is a deductible for such services and what the amount would be that you would have to pay out-of-pocket before getting reimbursed. Receiving such information prior to seeking treatment could help immensely when deciding how best to manage care.
Step 4: Find out how much your plan will reimburse you
