Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can throw unexpected surprises your way and you may need to cancel a scheduled appointment. That's why we offer a 24hr cancellation policy where you can cancel or reschedule at least 1 day before the appointment, free of charge. If this policy is not followed, there will be a $60 late cancellation fee in effect. Additionally, we ask that if any appointments are not attended, it shall be considered as a 'no show' and the cost of the session will be forfeited. We strive to provide the best customer service and appreciate our clients' understanding of these policies.
